Becky Anders
Becky Anders is the owner and primary instructor of Pilates on the Plains. She is a 1992 graduate of Auburn University. Becky began her fitness journey in 2007 when she was certified as an AFFA group fitness instructor as well as TRX, BODY PUMP, CYCLING, and ZUMBA. She quickly found her passion in Pilates and focused her training there; Becky studied Pilates training in Atlanta, GA, with Balanced Body and with her mentor, Lynn Ellen Kershaw, at Core Vibes Studio in Montgomery, AL. Becky opened Pilates on the Plains in 2016. She and her husband Ron Anders have been married 31 years and live in Auburn, AL. Together they have three children, two amazing daughter-in-laws, and a beautiful granddaughter! Becky can't wait to serve you and share her passion of Pilates with the Auburn community.
Liz Zenas
Liz Zenas is an athlete turned coach, and accredited practitioner. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Liz has continuing education credits and certifications in prenatal and postpartum exercise, BOSU specialty, TRX, Silver Sneakers, 200-hour RYT, lifestyle coaching, and has studied Pilates under POTP owner Becky Anders. Since 2015, Liz has worked in the Auburn-Opelika area with clients battling neurological diseases and cancer diagnoses. She and her husband Steve live in Opelika with their two children. Liz strives to help all individuals find a love for fitness and looks forward to helping you on your wellness journey.
Summer Vaughan
Summer Vaughan is a certified Pilates instructor and licensed massage therapist (LMT 6104). After experiencing a serious illness in 2010, her perspective dramatically shifted in an abundance of ways. A desire to walk alongside someone in the healing process took root in her heart. After spending time thinking about what her future would look like, Summer pursued rehabilitative certifications in Pilates and therapeutic massage. Summer knows that movement matters, and that our bodies need movement, both active and passive, to help us become the healthy people we were created to be. Through Pilates, massage, movement, and encouragement, Summer strives to journey with you to experience a strengthening of body, mind, and spirit.
Sara Caitlin Kelleher
Sara Kelleher, an Auburn native, holds degrees in Kinesiology and Athletic Training. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, certified in Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness through the American Fitness Professionals Association, and a Corrective Exercise specialist. Her services at Pilates on the Plains include prenatal and postpartum fitness classes that address common aches, pains, and weaknesses associated with pregnancy and postpartum. With her extensive knowledge of the human body and how it is designed to move, and a passion for helping women become strong, Sara Caitlin provides a thoughtful class suitable for all strength levels.

Her classes focus on diastases and pelvic floor recovery; core stability training; and muscle release techniques—all in a welcoming and supportive community.
Ashlyn Anders
Ashlyn Anders, an Auburn native, is a Registered Dietitian currently residing just south of Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and baby girl. Ashlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Auburn University, followed by her Master of Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has a passion for educating and empowering others to live healthy lives through proper nutrition. Ashlyn enjoys working one-on-one with clients to achieve a variety of nutrition goals, including weight loss, blood sugar balance, medical condition management, and so much more. Ashlyn would love the opportunity to join you on your health journey!
